STOPPING-UP OF TWO PARTS OF THE HIGHWAY KNOWN AS INGRAM, SKELMERSDALE

Notice is hereby given that the District Council of West Lancashire intends to apply to the Ormskirk Magistrates Court sitting at The Court House, 7 Derby Street, Ormskirk, Lancashire, on Thursday, 25th May 2000, at 2 p.m. for an Order authorising the stopping-up of two parts of the highway known as Ingram, Skelmersdale in the district of West Lancashire on the ground that the said highway is unnecessry. The effect of the said Order is shown on the plan which may be inspected, free of charge, in the offices of the Executive Director, (Resources and Economy), West Lancashire District Council, 52 Derby Street, Ormskirk, Lancashire L39 2DF, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays (excluding Saturdays).
