Notice is hereby given that I, Joanne Wilson, of 844 Edenfield, Noden, Rochdale, Lancashire OL12 7SL, for and on behalf of my son, KIERAN NIALLE WILSON, of 844 Edenfield Road, Norden, Rochdale, Lancashire OL12 7SL, formally called and known by the name of Kieran Nialle Wilson-Cockayne, a citizen of the United Kingdom by birth, given public notice that, on 28th March 2000, he formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his surname of Wilson-Cockayne and assumed and adopted in place thereof the surname of Wilson and further that such change of name is evidenced by a Deed Poll, dated 28th March 2000, under may hand duly executed by me and attested and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 5th April 2000.
