Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a Dividend to unsecured Creditors herein within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving. Last Day for Receiving Proofs—26th May 2000. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before the above date, to send their proofs of debt to Clive Everitt, of Shaw & Company, 195 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7AR, the Liquidator of the Company. Any Creditor who has not proved their debt by the specified date will be excluded from any Dividends payable. C. Everitt, Liquidator 7th April 2000.
