THE SCHENKERS UK PENSION PLAN
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Re the Trusts of the Schenkers UK Pension Plan (“the Plan”) established by a Deed
dated 19th December 1990 made between Schenkers Limited and the then Trustees of the
Plan.
Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the
Plan which is subject to the trusts of the above-mentioned Instrument whereof Stanley
Thomas Johnson, Robert Leslie Hutchings and Michael Joseph Sobey all care of Barker
Poland Financial Management Ltd, St. Clare House, 28-35 The Minories, London EC3N
1DD, are the present Trustees is hereby required to send particulars in writing of
his claim or interest to Mr. S. T. Johnson, Chairman of the Trustees, c/o Barker Poland
Financial Management Ltd, St. Clare House, 28-35 The Minories, London EC3N 1DD, on
or before 10th July 2000, after which date the said Trustees will proceed to distribute
the assets of the Trust amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to
the claims and interests of which the said Trustees shall then have had notice and
the said Trustees will not as respects the assets of the Trust or any part thereof
so distributed be liable to any person whose claim or interest they shall not then
have had notice.
Any person who has already made a claim and received response need not re-apply to
the Trustees.
