DECLARATION OF NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE
WARD OF ST. PETERS WITH ST. MARYS, BRIXHAM, COUNTY OF DEVON

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 19 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and section 35(1)(c) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, that by the Berry Head National Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 2000 to be made on the 14th May 2000, the Nature Conservancy Council for England will declare that the land containing 62.03 hectares or thereabouts situated in the Ward of St. Peters with St. Marys, Brixham in the County of Devon and shown on the plan attached to the said Declaration, is being held by the Torbay Coast and Countryside Trust, a body approved by the Council. Notice is hereby given in pursuance of the aforesaid powers the Nature Conservancy Council for England declare that the said land is being managed by the Torbay Coast and Countryside Trust as a Nature Reserve. Certified copies of the Berry Head National Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 2000 will be deposited for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the offices of Devon County Council and Torbay Council and at the offices of the Nature Conservancy Council for England at Okehampton and Peterborough.
