Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 20 Star Hill, Rochester, Kent ME1 1UU (in the meeting room at the rear) on Thursday, 15th June 2000, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the year ended 30th March 2000, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator, approving the payment to the Liquidator of £15,122 on account of fees, and approving the payment to Trowers & Hamlins of £15,534 on account of legal fees. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged at Newnham Court, Sittingbourne Road, Detling, Maidstone, Kent ME14 3ER, no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the Meeting. K. A.
