WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
DECLARATION OF NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE, PARISHES OF SALTFLEETBY, THEDDLETHORPE AND MABLETHORPE TOWN COUNCIL, COUNTY OF LINCOLNSHIRE
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 19 of the National Parks and Access
to the Countryside Act 1949 and section 35 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981,
that by the National Nature Reserve No. 2 Declaration to be made on 14th May 2000,
the Nature Conservancy Council for England declared that the land containing 122.67
hectares or thereabouts situated at the parishes of Saltfleetby, Theddlethorpe and
Mablethorpe Town Council in the county of Lincolnshire and shown on the plan attached
to the said Declaration, is being held by the Nature Conservancy Council for England
and managed as a nature reserve.
Certified copies of the National Nature Reserve No. 2 Declaration have been deposited
for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the offices of
Lincolnshire County Council Planning Department, 4th Floor, City Hall, Beamount Fee,
Lincoln LN1 1DN, and East Lindsey District Council, Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Louth,
Lincolnshire LN11 8UP, and at the offices of the Nature Conservancy Council for England
at The Maltings, Wharf Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire NG31 6BH.
