Notice is now given that, by a Deed Poll dated 4th November 1999 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 20th April 2000, I, DAWN MARIEFELLOWS, of 12 Newdigate Road, Sutton Coldfield, single and a British citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 2(1), abandoned the surname of Parr.
