Notice is hereby given that, by a Deed Poll dated 19th April 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 19th April 2000, Maurice Dumay Crawford, of 25 Siddons Road, London SE23 2JH, married and a Commonwealth citizen, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Crawford and assumed in lieu thereof the name of MAURICE DUMAYROYE.
