THE NUFFIELD FOUNDATION PENSION FUND
Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were Members of the Nuffield Foundation Pension Fund (“the Fund”) that it is to be wound up. It is believed that all Members of the Fund and their benefits under it have been identified and the Trustees announce their intention to distribute the assets of the Fund to those who appear to be entitled. If you were a Member of this Fund and believe you may be entitled to benefits from it and you have not been contacted by the Trustees, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and particulars of your Membership of the Fund to Lisa Phelps, of Lambert Fenchurch, at the address below, so as to reach that address on or before 19th June 2000. The Trustees would be interested to receive a notification from any person who is or was employed by The Nuffield Foundation, The National Institute for Social Work, and the Centre for Policy on Ageing (previously known as the National Corporation of the Care of Old People) and the Centre for Educational Television Overseas on a part-time basis and who is intending to bring a claim based on inequality of treatment or access. Claims received after the above date will be excluded from the calculation of benefits and the distribution of assets of the fund.
