DEMPSTER H LISTER LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person
(including any former part-time employee (or his or her dependents) of the Companies
participating in the Dempster H Lister Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme, having
an entitlement to benefit under the trust documentation governing the Dempster H Lister
Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme or a claim against the Trustees of the Dempster
H Lister Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme is required to send particulars in writing
of his or her claim to the Trustees, whose address is Pinsent Curtis Independent Trustees
Limited, 1 Park Row, Leeds LS1 5AB, on or before 1st July 2000, after which date the
Trustees will apply the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having
regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and shall not
be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person
or persons of whose claim or demands they shall not then have had notice.
Note: Any Member of the Dempster H Lister Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme who has received
correspondence from the Trustees confirming his or her right to a benefit need not
notify their interest as the Trustees are already aware of it.
