I intend to declare a dividend in the liquidation of the above-named Company. The Creditors of the Company may lodge proofs of their debt with me at the above address up to 26th June 2000 (“the last day for proving”) quoting the name of the Company. If Creditors do not prove their debts by the last day for proving they may be excluded from the Dividend which I intend to declare within a period of 4 months from that date. D. W. Tann.
