Station Road, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 7TT, the Liquidator of D S Davey Limited, hereby
give notice that it is intended to declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured
Creditors in the above matter. Any Creditor who wishes to be included in the Dividend
is required to furnish details of their claim to the Liquidator in writing by 16th
June 2000, or be excluded from the Dividend to be declared on 14th July 2000.
