SECTION 27, TRUSTEE ACT

Notice is hereby given to all persons who are Members of the Willmotts Limited Pension Scheme that the Scheme is being wound up. It is believed that all Members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and the Trustees have the intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme to those who appear to be entitled. If you were a member of this Scheme (or an employee of Willmotts Limited) and believe you may be entitled to benefit from the Scheme and you have not been contacted by Burges Salmon Pension Trustees Limited, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and full particulars of your membership of the Scheme to Mrs Sarah Jeffrey-Gray, Burges Salmon Pension Trustees Limited, Narrow Quay House, Narrow Quay, Bristol BS1 4AH, so as to reach that address on or before 17th August 2000. Claims received after the above date will be excluded from the calculation of benefits. 12th June 2000.
