Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.186 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that it is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 31st August 2000. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 31st July 2000, to send their proofs of debt to the undersigned, P. A. B. Evans, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, the Joint Liquidator of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.
