Notice is given that, following the Administrative Receivership of Geo H Hughes Limited, on 26th July 1999, WWH Pensions Trustees Limited has been appointed the Independent Trustee of the Company’s pension plan. Any former employees of the Company should contact Mr. P. Rees, of WWH Pensions Trustees Limited at the address given below, since they may be eligible for benefits under the Plan. Members with preserved benefits and pensioners of the Plan who have already received letters from WWH Pension Trustees Limited need not apply. Please reply before 30th June 2000, as the Pension Plan will be wound up and its assets distributed after that date. Please write to: Mr. P. Rees, WWH Pensions Trustees Limited, 100 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1BN, marking your letter “Geo H Hughes Pension Fund” and providing your full name and address, date of birth, the period during which you worked for the Company and any documents supporting your claim.
