THE LIBERTY RE (UK) PENSION SCHEME
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in, the above-named Scheme which commenced winding-up on 31st December 1999, by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part time employment with Liberty Re Limited, is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 27th August 2000, of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to William M. Mercer Limited, 5 Bedford Park, Croydon CR9 2ZT, marked for the attention of N. J. Wollacott (acting for the Trustee of the Scheme). The Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person.
