Notice is hereby given that Mr. G. Cundale, an Inspector instructed by the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, will attend at the Council Chamber, East Dorset District Council Offices, Furzehill, Wimborne, Dorset, on 20th July 2000, at 10 a.m., in order to hold a public local inquiry into the St. Leonards and St. Ives Heaths (Dorset) Nature Conservation Order 1999, made by the Secretary of State on 23rd November 1999. T. Salmon, duly authorised by the Secretary of State to sign in that behalf. 23rd June 2000.
