INCREASE IN THE HOURS OF OPERATION OF THE CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
on 7th July 2000 made the above Orders, the general effect of which will be to extend
the hours of operation of controlled parking in all, or part of the streets listed
in Schedule 1 to this notice. The changes will extend the controlled hours of the
residents’ parking places so that they operate between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and
10 p.m., Mondays to Fridays. There will be no change to the existing hours of operation
on Saturdays except in all, or part of the streets listed in Schedule 2 to this notice,
where all controls will be increased to operate between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and
6.30 p.m. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation for the purpose of
placing traffic signs on 10th July 2000, and for all other purposes on 24th July 2000,
and all other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays
to Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date the Orders were made in

information may be obtained by telephoning the Directorate of Transportation and Highways
on 020 7361 2519. Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of
any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant
powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements
thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with
in relation to the Orders may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Orders were
