WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
DECLARATION OF NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE—DISTRICT OF DOVER, COUNTY OF KENT
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 35 of the Wildlife and Countryside
Act 1981, that by the Lydden Temple Ewell National Nature Reserve No. 2 Declaration
2000 made on 12th July 2000, the Nature Conservancy Council for England declared that
the land containing 2.88 hectares or thereabouts situated in the district of Dover,
in the county of Kent, and shown shaded on the plan attached to the said Declaration
is being held by the Kent Wildlife Trust, a body approved by the Council, and is being
managed as a Nature Reserve.
Certified copies of the Lydden Temple Ewell National Nature Reserve No. 2 Declaration
2000 have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office
hours, at the offices of Kent County Council, County Hall, Maidstone; at the offices
of Dover District Council, White Cliffs Business Park; and at the offices of the Nature
Conservancy Council for England, at Northminster House, Peterborough, and Wye, Kent.
