NOTICE TO MEMBERS UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Kimber Die & Tool Company Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (“the Scheme”) intend to convey or distribute amongst the persons entitled thereto assets and property held for the purposes of the Scheme (pursuant to its termination) and require any person having a claim against or an interest in the Scheme (including any former members who have transferred to a new pension arrangement since 30th March 1987) to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Trustees of the Scheme, c/o Gracechurch Trustees Limited, 77 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0LH, within 2 months of the date below. After the date shown below the Trustees of the Scheme will have regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice in exercising their powers and duties under the Scheme and, as regards any property or assets distributed by the Trustees in accordance with the provisions of the Scheme, the Trustees shall not be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice. 26th July 2000.
