Notice of Intended Dividend

In the Brighton County Court.  No. 292 of 1991 BRIAN GEORGE ADAMS Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Trustee of the above-named Bankrupt intends paying a First Dividend to Creditors. The Creditors of the Bankrupt are required, on or before 21st August 2000, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, C. R. Ashurst, of 37 Frederick Place, Brighton BN1 4EA, the Trustee. The Dividend will be declared within 4 months from the last date for proving a Creditor. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not enititled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the First Dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt is proved.
