(previously trading as Western Mechanical Services Limited) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.186 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that it is my intention to declare a Second and Final Dividend to unsecured non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 1st January 2001. Creditors who have not yet done so are required on or before 1st September 2000, to send their proofs of debt to the undersigned, A. R. Stanway, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hill House, Richmond Hill, Bournemouth BH2 6HR, the Joint Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.
