Notice to Creditors, beneficiaries and other interested persons to make their claims against the Trustee of the Woodeaves Staff Pension Scheme. Notice is also given that any person interested in or having a claim against the Woodeaves Staff Pension Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her interest or claim to the Trustee of the Woodeaves Staff Pension Scheme at British Vita plc, Oldham Road, Middleton, Manchester M24 2DB and to send such particulars not later than 7th October 2000 after which date the Trusteee intends to distribute the fund among the persons of whom they have notice and will not, as regards the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
