Annual Liquidation Meetings

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 93(1) and (2) and section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Leigh & Co, Brentmead House, Britannia Road, London N12 9RU, on Friday, 22nd September 2000, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his stead. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. M. H. Linton, Liquidator 10th August 2000.
