Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I
intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to Creditors within 4 months from the
last date of proving. Those Creditors who have not already done so are invited to
provide proof of debt to me at Smith & Williamson, 92 Micklegate, York YO1 6JX, by
12 noon on 4th September 2000. Creditors who fail to provide a proof of debt by this
date will be excluded from the dividend.
