In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Leeds District Registry.  No. 1972 of 2000 In the Matter of AMART MANUFACTURING LIMITEDand in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 14 Rovex Business Park, Hay Hall Road, Birmingham B11 2AF, presented on 27th July 2000 by Ariel Plastics Limited, of Speedwell Industrial Estate, Staveley, Derbyshire S43 3JP, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, Oxford Row, Leeds 1, on 7th September 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 6th September 2000.
