MACLAVERTY COOPER ATKINS

Notice is given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Roger Patrick MacLaverty, Julie Ann Cooper and Sarah Elizabeth Atkins, carrying on business as Solicitors, at 25 Union Street, Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey KT1 1RP, under the style or name of MacLaverty Cooper Atkins, will be dissolved from 31st August 2000. All debts due and owing to or by the late firm up to and including 31st August 2000 will be respectively received and paid by the said Roger Patrick MacLaverty, Julie Ann Cooper and Sarah Elizabeth Atkins. As from 1st September 2000 the said Julie Ann Cooper and Sarah Elizabeth Atkins will continue to carry on the said business in Partnership in the future under the style or name of MacLaverty Cooper Atkins, Solicitors.
