A Statute made by the Governing Body of Merton College in the University of Oxford, on 16th March 1998, amending Statutes V and X has been submitted for approval of Her Majesty in Council, and notice of its having been so submitted is published in accordance with the provisions of the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge Act 1923. The purpose of the amendment is to rescind Statutes V and X.
