Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 24th May 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 15th June 2000, Chandrakant Valabhbai Patel and Damyanti Chandrakant Patel on behalf of REEMA DINKAR PATEL, of 267 Iveson Drive, Leeds LS16 6LP, a minor, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Reema Patel and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Reema Dinkar Patel.
