Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 16th August 1999 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 19th May 2000, DAISY BELLA CRABTREE TAYLOR, single and a British citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 11, have assumed and adopted and intend on all occasions to use and subscribe the first names of Bella Crabtree in addition to the first name of Daisy so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Daisy Bella Crabtree Taylor exclusively.
