Appointment of Trustees
In the High Court of Justice. No. 7251 of 1995 WILLIAM KENNETH WALSH A Landlord/Subcontractor in the Construction Industry, residing and trading from 169 Anson Road, London NW2 4AS. I, Sudhir Rishi, of S. Rishi & Co, 314 Regents Park Road, Finchley, London N3 2JX, give notice that I have been duly appointed as Trustee of the estate of the above-mentioned Bankrupt by the Secretary of State on 16th August 2000. All persons having in their possession any of the effects of the Bankrupt must deliver them to me, and all debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to me. Creditors who have not proved their debt must forward their proofs of debt to me by 13th October 2000. Under section 301 of the Insolvency Act 1986, I am required to give you notice that it is my intention to call a Meeting of Creditors on 20th October 2000, at this office, for the purposes of establishing a Creditors’ Committee and approving the Resolution that the Trustee’s fees may be drawn on the basis of time spent by the Trustee and staff in attending to matters which may arise during the administration of the Bankruptcy.
