Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Mary Street House, Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 3NW, on Monday, 18th September 2000, at 10 a.m., to receive the account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding-up during the 12 months ended 29th July 2000, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company to attend and vote instead of him. I.
