I, Richard Heis, of KPMG Corporate Recovery, PO Box 730, 20 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4PP, was appointed Joint Supervisor of the Partnership Voluntary Arrangement of the above-named Partnership on 14th August 2000, by Creditors and Partners of the Partnership. It is intended to declare a First Dividend to the Creditors of the above-named Partnership within 4 months from 23rd October 2000. All Creditors of the above-named Partnership, are required, if they have not already done so, on or before 23rd October 2000, to send in their names and addresses together with particulars of their debts or claims to the Supervisors.
