NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF REVISED PROPOSALS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF A REVISED UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
SUTTON UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The London Borough of Sutton have revised the proposals for the replacement of the above Plan. If, and when, this revised Plan (the Plan) is adopted it will form the development plan for the area of Sutton. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Copies of the Plan are also available for inspection at the Civic Offices, St. Nicholas Way, Sutton, Surrey SM1 1EA and Environment and Leisure Group, London Borough of Sutton, 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton, Surrey SM5 2JG (Mondays to Fridays between 0900 hours and 1700 hours). Objections to, and representations in respect of, the revised Plan, should be sent in writing to the Executive Head of Planning and Transportation, Environment and Leisure Group, 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton, Surrey SM5 2JG, before 1700 hours on 4th December 2000. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may also be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the Plan. Objections may only be made in respect of those parts of the Plan which have been revised since the original Plan was made available on 20th May 1999. Only objectors whose objections are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above within the 6 week period ending on 4th December 2000 will have a right to have their objections considered at a local inquiry or other hearing.
