Notice is hereby given that, by a Deed Poll dated 9th February 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 6th October 2000, GAYLE TATE, of 8 Mervyn Road, Bishopston, Bristol BS7 9EL, divorced and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Tserevegkos and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Tate.
