Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that it is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to the Creditors of FRM Limited. Creditors who have not yet done so are required on or before 14th December 2000, being the last date for proving, to submit their claim together with the proof of debt form to the undersigned, Ladislav Hornan, of Hacker Young and Partners, St. Alphage House, 2 Fore Street, London EC2Y 5DH. The Dividend will be declared within the period of 4 months from 14th December 2000. Any Creditor who has not lodged a claim on the prescribed form by the last date of proving, will not be entitled to participate in the Dividend distribution. Any Creditors so excluded will not be entitled to the distribution by reason that he has not participated in the First and Final Dividend distribution. L. Hornan, Liquidator 9th November 2000.
