The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 12181 of The London Gazette dated Monday, 30th October 2000: Notice is hereby given that, by a Deed Poll dated 29th September 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 4th October 2000, N. Cassamally, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of HASANA BANON CASSAMALLY, of 47 Poplars Road, Walthamstow, London E17 9AT, a child, single and a British citizen, abandoned the surname of Jhummun and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Cassamally.
