Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 7th October 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 27th October 2000, Tina Bradbury, on behalf of MARTYN JOHN CORCORAN, both of 88 Statham Avenue, Orford, Warrington WA2 9DP, they are both British citizens, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandons the name of Martyn John Bradbury and assumes in lieu thereof the name of Martyn John Corcoran.
