NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALE OF DETAINED TRANSPORTER
Type of Transporter: 7.5 Tonne Box Van. Description of Transporter (including any distinguishing features or markings that may serve to identify it): Green and White ex rental van with badly damaged roof. 12575km travelled. Country of Registration: Belgium. Registration Number: FCS 612. On 12th July 2000, the above transporter was detained under section 36 of the Act as security for the payment of one or more penalties due under section 32 of the Act. The Secretary of State for the Home Department hereby gives notice that unless payment of the sum due and any connected expenses is made within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice, he may, without further notice, apply to the court for leave, under Schedule 1 to the Act, to sell the transporter. Any person who considers his interests may be affected by any sale of the transporter is hereby invited to inform the Secretary of State at the above address, in writing, within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice if he wishes to become a party to the proceedings of the application.
