Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
TIDEWATER MARINE SHOREBASE PENSION PLAN (“the Plan”) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees are winding-up the Plan. Any former employees of the Tidewater Marine North Sea Limited, who believe that they were or are or should have been Members of the Plan and who are not receiving a pension from the Plan or who have not received an announcement from the Trustees of the Plan, are required to write to Mr. M. Penberthy, Pensions Administrator at William M. Mercer, Westgate House, 52 Westgate, Chichester, West Sussex PO19 3HF, not later than two months after the appearance of this notice to make a claim for benefits under the Plan. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, the period during which they worked for the Company and any documents supporting their claim. In addition, if any person or persons have any other claims against or interest in the Plan, they are requested to write to Mr. M. Penberthy, at William M. Mercer, at the above address, setting out particulars of such a claim in writing not later than two months after the appearance of this notice. After the two month period of notice, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not, as regards to the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they do not then have notice.
