Notice of Dividends

DEENSIDE LEISURE LIMITED

(formerly trading as the Beachholme Holiday and Entertainment Centre) Notice is hereby given, that I, Ian Franses, of Ian Franses Associates, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP, the Administrator of Deenside Leisure Limited, intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to any Creditors who may have outstanding claims/unpaid accounts relating to the trading period between 19th January 1996, the date of the Administration Order, and 31st May 1996, the date of sale of the business. It is my intention to declare the Dividend within the period of 4 months from 25th January 2001 (“the last date for proving”). Any Creditors who fall in the category defined above who have not yet done so are required, on or before 25th January 2001, to submit details of the amount which they may wish to claim, in writing, together with supporting evidence to me at 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP, in default whereof they will be excluded from the benefit of the proposed distribution and be unable to disturb its payment by reason of their non participation. It is the Administrator’s intention to close the Administration at the earliest practicable date after the last date for proving. I. Franses, Administrator 15th December 2000.
