Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I, Phillip Hartland Allen, the Liquidator of the above-named Company, intend to make a distribution to Creditors. The Creditors of the above-named Company are required, on or before 27th January 2001, to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned, Phillip Hartland Allen, of HLB Kidsons, Bank House, 8 Cherry Street, Birmingham B2 5AD, the Liquidator of the Company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so required, to provide such further details and produce such documents or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above, is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the intended distribution mentioned above or any other distribution to be declared before his debt is proved. This notice is purely formal as all known Creditors have been, or will be, paid in full. No other Company which has a similar name is affected by these proceedings. P. H.
