Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 22nd September 2000 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 4th December 2000, Elizabeth Valerie Pozsar, of 20 Mornington Crescent, Hadleigh, Benfleet, Essex SS7 2HP, the mother and legal guardian of PADRAIG JAMES KEEBLE POZSAR, formerly known as Padraig James Keeble, of 20 Mornington Crescent, Hadleigh, Benfleet, Essex SS7 2HP, a minor and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned on behalf of Padraig James Keeble Pozsar the name of Keeble as surname which from now on is intended to be used as one of his forenames along with Padraig James and on his behalf assume from the date of the Deed Poll the same surname of Pozsar.
