Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 17th November 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 1st December 2000, Susan Jane Witherstone, as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of SARAH LOUISE WITHERSTONE, 4 Fairview Avenue, Hutton, Brentwood, Essex, a child, single and a British citizen, pursuant to section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Wright and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Witherstone.
