MAPLES PENSION SCHEME
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is given that any Member, Beneficiary, Creditor or anyone else having any claim against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, the assets of the Maples Pension Scheme, is required to send to the Scheme’s Administrators, Jane Budden, Watson Wyatt Partners, Park Gate, 21 Tothill Street, London SW1H 9LL, on or before 23rd March 2001, written particulars of the claim, after which date the Trustee will proceed to use Scheme assets to secure benefits known to the Trustee, and will not be liable for claims then not notified. This notice is also directed to any former employee of Maples Stores Plc, or any associated Company who may have a claim against the assets of the Scheme, having been unlawfully excluded from Membership of it. Members of the Scheme and other Beneficiaries with whom the Trustee or the Scheme’s Administrators are already in contact need not respond to this notice since their interests have already been noted.
