Notice is hereby given that Greenwich Council, hereinafter called the Council, propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The general effect of the free parking places Order would be: (a) to provide parking places on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1 to this notice, operative between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., on Mondays to Sundays inclusive, where vehicles would be permitted to wait, free of charge, for a maximum period of 30 minutes and where return to that same parking place would be prohibited for one hour; (b) to provide parking places on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 2 to this notice, operative between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., on Mondays to Sundays inclusive, where vehicles would be permitted to wait, free of charge, for a maximum period of 30 minutes and where return to that same parking place would be prohibited for one hour. The general effect of the loading places Order would be to provide a loading place, on the length of Herbert Road specified in Schedule 3 to this notice, operative between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., on Mondays to Sundays inclusive, where vehicles would be permitted to load and unload for a period not exceeding 30 minutes and return to that same loading place would be prohibited for one hour. The general effect of the waiting and loading restriction Order would be to amend the Greenwich (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1994 so as to: (a) impose new and amend the existing waiting restrictions to operate at any time, on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 4 to this notice; (b) impose new and amend the existing loading restrictions to operate between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., on Mondays to Sundays inclusive, on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 5 to this notice. Details of exemptions from the restrictions for certain vehicles and persons, together with restrictions on selling or advertising in a restricted street are contained in the original Order of 1994. Persons having a query concerning the scheme should contact Engineering Services on 020-8921 5579. Notice is hereby given that Greenwich Council, hereinafter called the Council, propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The effect of the bus stop clearway Order would be to amend the Greenwich (Bus Stop Clearway) (Consolidation) Traffic Order 1999 so as to impose new and amend the existing bus stop clearway restrictions, to operate at any time, on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1 to this notice. The general effect of the waiting and loading restriction Order would be to amend the Greenwich (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1994 so as to: (a) impose waiting restrictions, operative at any time, on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice; (b) revoke the existing waiting restrictions, operative between 8 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive, on north-east side of Footscray Road that extend between a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 41 and 43 Footscray Road and a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 57 and 59 Footscray Road. Notice is hereby given that Greenwich Council, hereinafter called the Council, propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The general effect of the Orders would be to extend the Eltham Station Area Controlled Parking Zone and provide residents and business parking places, free parking places and waiting restrictions on certain lengths of Balcaskie Road, Beechhill Road, Craigton Road, Earlshall Road, Glenhouse Road, Glenlea Road, Grangehill Road, Well Hall Road and Well Hall Road Service Road. The further effects of the parking places Order would be: (a) to provide parking places, where vehicles would be permitted to wait between 11 a.m. and 12.30 p.m., on Mondays to Fridays inclusive whilst displaying a valid permit or visitors’ voucher, on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1 to this notice; (b) to add the following streets and lengths of streets of the list of addresses eligible for permits—Balcaskie Road, Beechhill Road, Craigton Road (odd numbers 1 to 127 and even numbers 2 to 52 including Gordon School), Earlshall Road (between its junction with Craigton Road and its junction with Westmount Road), Glenhouse Road, Glenlea Road (between its junction with Archery Road and its junction with Westmount Road), Grangehill Road (between its junction with Earlshall Road and its junction with Craigton Road), Kidbrooke Lane (between its junction with Well Hall Road and the gated closure in Kidbrooke Lane), Well Hall Road (even numbers 2 to 212 (not including McDonalds Restaurant and the Police Station) and Well Hall Road Service Road (between its junction with Kidbrooke Lane and No. 9 Tudor Court).
