NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is given, pursuant to secton 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Scheme is winding-up. Any person who has or may have a claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme and who has not heard from the Trustees of the Scheme in the last six months is required to provide written particulars to Mr. J. King, Capital Cranfield Trustees Limited, Harcourt House, 19 a Cavendish Square, London W1G 0PN, prior to 1st April 2001. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to the claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any claim which has not been notified to them in writing prior to 1st April 2001.
