Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Sandiacre Electrics Limited Pension Fund and Life Assurance Scheme (“the Scheme”) operated by Sandiacre Electrics (1984) Limited (now in liquidation) formerly of registered office PO Box 4, Clifton PDO, Ruddington Lane, Wilford, Nottingham NG11 7EQ, is winding up. Any person who has a claim against, entitlement under, or interest in the Scheme ((including, for the avoidance of doubt, any part-time employees of that Company) is hereby required to provide written particulars to the Trustees of the Sandiacre Electrics Limited Pension Fund and Life Assurance Scheme. c/o J. Curtis Esq., 118 Portland Road, Toton, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 6EW, on or before 1st March 2001. After this date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person of whose claim or demand the Trustees have not then had notice. 1st February 2001.
