PREMIER PERCUSSION PENSION FUND

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Premier Percussion Pension Fund is winding-up. Any person who has, or may have, a claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme is required to provide written particulars to William M. Mercer, Four Brindley Place, Birmingham B1 2JP, Ref. AWT/sam, prior to 8th April 2001. After this date the Trustees will finalise the distribution of the assets of the Scheme having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to 8th April 2001.
